Currams returns to Offaly fold

Offaly dual star Daniel Currams
Daniel Currams has returned to Offaly training ahead of the visit of Kilkenny to O'Connor Park on June 9.
Currams suffered a broken arm on the eve of Kilcormac/Killoughey's AIB All-Ireland club hurling final defeat to St. Thomas' on St. Patrick's Day, but has been working his way back to full fitness since and could yet feature in the Leinster SHC quarter-final against the All-Ireland champions.
The Midland Tribune is also reporting that key forwards Shane Dooley and Joe Bergin are on course to be fit to face the Cats. Top scorer Dooley put his hamstring problems behind him to line out for his club Tullamore in a recent Offaly SHC game against Drumcullen, while Bergin - who suffered a serious facial injury when he was struck by a sliothar in the warm-up before Offaly's Allianz League game against Limerick - scored 1-10 for Seir Kieran in their win over Brosna Gaels.
