Rhode GAA Food Drive  

It is truly a credit to all in the parish and surrounding Areas who donated to our food appeal on Saturday morning last: The Ken Spollen food appeal were overwhelmed by the support from Rhode. Over 700 families will benefit from the food gathered today which is about 2000 men, women and children a truly sad statistic: A Massive thanks to Tracey Murphy for coming up with the fantastic idea and  Orla Kilmuuray. Aoife & Trish McManus, Robert Kellaghan, The Kilmurray and McNamee Kids for their help stacked the food.  Super Well Done To All. :#Community #club #CharityBeginsAtHome   

 

131st AGM

The 131st AGM of Rhode GAA Club will take place Friday the 6th of December in Rhode GAA Hall at 8pm Sharp. All Members and Intending Members are requested to attend.

Please Note that members would have received their notifications in post. 

.The AGM is an important part of the Clubs calendar where all aspects of the clubs 2019 activities will be up for discussion. All attending the meeting will be requested to sign on arrival with club registrar Ger Noonan and membership for 2020 will be taken on the night and we would request members to do so.

 

 

Rhode U'13 County Football Champions Presentation  

 

To celebrate Rhode U'13 Footballers winning the U'13 A County Championship  we are delighted to announce the Presentation of Medals will take place on Sunday 8th of December in Rhode Community Centre (across from terrace) . Player's, Management & Parents will sit down to dinner at 4pm. Following that  all family, friends and supporters are invited to  attend at 5pm  for the medal presentation and celebrate the wonderful achievements of these young stars and enjoy a cup of tea 

 

U'20 Footballer's 

St. Michael's U'20 Footballer's returned to training on Saturday evening last in St. Brigid's GAA grounds and are under the guidance of Anthony Murphy Jack Kilmuuray. Ronan Heavey, Aidan Brereton and Laz Molloy. 

 

Rhode GAA Supporters Draw 5 

The Final supporters draw for 2019  will take place on December 21st . 

 

 

Lotto 

There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto Draw that took place on the 18th of November for a Jackpot of €7,600.  The numbers drawn were 5 18 19 29.  The club would like to thank all those who supported the draw and thanks to O’Toole’s for the use of their premises and for their help and cooperation.  The following matched three numbers and received €100 each.
