All Ireland Champions.

Congratulations to Lorraine Keena, Amanda Keena, Amy Gavin Mangan and Roisin Ennis who made a major contribution to Naomh Ciaran’s fantastic win in the All Ireland Ladies Football Intermediate Final against St. Pauls from Antrim in Kingspan Breffni Park, Cavan on Saturday.

Congratulations to everyone involved with Naomh Ciaran on their brilliant victory.

Table Quiz.

The next Table Quiz will be held in Flynn’s of Grogan on Friday 13th December. Entry to the quiz and raffle is by purchasing a GAA National Club Draw 2019 ticket at 10 euros. The prizes on offer in the National Draw which will be held in Croke Park on the 12th March 2020 include a Renault Clio, All Ireland Finals packages, Travel and Shopping Vouchers.

Survey.

The closing date for return of the Survey is Friday 29th November. The response to the survey has been very positive with a high percentage return of completed forms. Ballycumber Action Group wish to thank all households who have completed and returned the survey form. If there are any completed forms which have not been collected they can be dropped into the Post Office or given to members of the Action Group.

Dinner Dance in the Bridge House Hotel on Saturday 15th February 2020. The 1994 Intermediate Football Championship winning team will be Guests of Honour. The 1994 Minor Football team who played in the County Final against Rhode and the 2019 Division 5 winning team will also be guests of the Club.

Lotto.

The numbers drawn this week were 3,6,13,28. No jackpot winner, one match three winner. Ballycumber Dance Classses

Learn how to Jive, Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot and Line dance. Dance Classes every Monday night from 8pm in Ballycumber Community Centre.  Beginners class 8 - 9, Improvers from 9 - 10 and dancing for all from 10 - 11pm.  Great exercise and good fun, no partners required. History.

Ballycumber History Group are continuing to research the 80 men and women from the Ballycumber area who fought in World War 1. The group would appreciate any information on any of the men and women who answered the call and would love to meet family members.
