Ferbane pip Rhode to league crown

Just over a week after their first defeat in the round-robin series of the Offaly SFC since 2001, Rhode lost out to Ferbane in last night’s Offaly SFL Division 1 final.
The winners claimed the spoils on a scoreline of 1-13 to 1-10 at Cappincur.
The result points to a competitive Offaly SFC as Ferbane lost out to Clara by 0-11 to 1-13 in the first round.
