There was NO JACKPOT WINNER and no MATCH 3 WINNER.

Next weeks jackpot increases to €6,200 while the match 3 pot increases to €600.

Intermediate Championship

 

 

Daingean were defeated by Shannonbridge in the Intermediate championship last Thursday evening on a scoreline of 2-11 to 1-22.

Shannonbridge were at a much higher tempo for the whole of the first half and Daingean struggled to contain them in all areas of the field. At half time the score was 0-15 to 1-06 in Shannonbridge's favour, with the majority of Shannonbridge's points coming from play.
In the 2nd half Daingean's came into the game a bit more and at times played some decent football, but they never truly challenged Shannonbridge's grip on the game and the match ended in an 8 point defeat. 

Players used: A McEvoy, B McAuliffe, C Brophy, C Carey, C Curley, C Hayes, D Feely,D Goulding, J Hayes,J Kenny,J Naughton, Larry Reilly,P Ferguson, S Burns, S Ferguson,S Tierney,T Cocoman,T Spelman

 

Daingean finished fourth in the group and have qualified for the quarter-finals, which are expected to be played in the coming weeks.

 

 

Daingean GAA FootGolf Classic

Daingean GAA Footgolf Classic takes place in Highfield Golf and Country Club on Saturday 20th October. 

This is open to all ages groups and a team of 4 costs €60.

Bring your own ball or rent one for €2.50.
