The longest running club sponsorship in the GAA has been extended by another two years.
This year marks the 30th year of Flaherty Fuels' sponsorship of former Offaly football kingpins Ferbane. The locally-based oil distributor first sponsored Ferbane in the late 1980s, a few years before GAA jersey sponsorship was introduced.
The sponsorship will run until at least 2020, by which time the West Offaly club - which boasts exciting talents like Cian Johnson and Joe Maher - will hope to have brought the Dowling Cup back to the 'Green Fields' for the first time since 1994.
TweetWe are delighted and proud to continue our sponsorship of Ferbane GAA Club for a further 3 years .This will bring our association with the Club to 32 years the longest in the country.
