The numbers drawn in the Lotto draw which took place on Tuesday 31 October were 06 10 13 17. There was No Jackpot winner of €8,600 and 4 Match 3 Winners (Catherine & Mary C/O Catherine Casey; Timmy Egan C/O Tom Feery; Denis Sheil C/O Denis Sheil; Brian Hackett C/O John Hackett) (€200 Each). Next week's draw will take place in Direen's, Cloneygowan on Monday 13 November 2017.

The Annual General Meeting of Raheen GAA Club will take place on Friday 24th November 2017 at 8pm SHARP in the Clubhouse, Geashill. ALL Players, Members & Officials are asked to attend.

Na Fianna club notes

Under-15 Cross-Border Floodlit Competition

After a few failed attempts Na Fianna U15 Footballers finally got to play their first game in the inaugural U15 Cross Border Floodlit Competition as they took on Stradbally Parish Gaels (Laois) in Geashill last Sunday morning and it was a winning start for Na Fianna who were comfortable winners on a scoreline of 6-09 to 2-07. Na Fianna held a 6 point lead at the break 3-07 to 2-04 with all the Na Fianna scores from open play including the 3 goals from Morgan Tynan, Mark Keeley and Adam Mangan whereas all bar a single point for Stradbally came from placed balls including a penalty. Adam Mangan scored a second half hattrick of goals for Na Fianna and his point along with one from Morgan Tynan completed Na Fianna's tally as Stradbally managed just 3 more points.
