The Down starting 15 to face Monaghan in Clones tomorrow sees three changes from the one that was beaten by Donegal, 3-15 to 0-7.

Eamonn Burns has reacted to that heavy seventeen-point opening round defeat in Newry by making three changes, two which are enforced.

Aidan Carr, Connaire Harrison and Shay McArdle come in for Ryan Johnston (injured), Arthur McConville and Donal O'Hare (suspended).
