FIXTURES.

With Monaghan's next outing in the Ulster senior football championship, the semi-final, on June 21st the action now switches immediately back to the club scene with games in the Junior, intermediate and senior football leagues over the next week and this coming weekend seeing the start of the club championship season was two games in the Junior football championship.

SFL.

The action in the club leagues gets underway tomorrow evening, Friday, when Latton play Donaghmoyne in Latton in the senior football league, that game at 8 PM. On Saturday Monaghan Harps are at home against Clontibret, that one at 7.00PM while on Sunday Ballybay play hosts to Scotstown, that one at 2 PM and Inniskeen are away at Magheracloone, that one at 4 PM. Moving to Wednesday next June 3rd there is a full round of fixtures in the senior football league, all games at 8.00PM: Latton at home to Monaghan Harps, Magheracloone away at Clontibret, Inniskeen with home advantage over Ballybay, Truagh travelling to Donaghmoyne and Scotstown playing hosts to Castleblayney.

There are two games in the intermediate football league on Saturday evening, Dooamlet at home to Aughnamullen at 5 PM while the game between Clones and Currin in Clones is at 7.00PM. There are three games in the intermediate football league on Sunday, Emyvale at home to Corduff at 2.00PM while the games between Cremartin and Carrickmacross, in Cremartin, and Tyholland against Drumhowan in Tyholland are both at 4.00PM. Moving to Wednesday next June 3rd there is a full round of matches in the intermediate football league, Doohamlet at home to Tyholland, Emyvale away at Drumhowan, Clones travelling to Corduff, Aughnamullen with home advantage over Carrickmacross and Currin playing hosts to Cremartin, all games at 8.00PM.

With the two preliminary round games in the Junior football championship listed for this weekend there are just three games down for decision in the Junior football league, all on Sunday and all at 2 PM, Blackhill at home to Killeevan, Oram away at Rockcorry and Scotstown with home advantage over Sean McDermotts.

On Wednesday next there are three games in the reserve football leagues, Truagh at home to Killanny in division 2B, Killeevan at home to Monaghan Harps and Emyvale away to Aghabog, both in division 3, all three games at 8.00PM.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.

This weekend marks the start of the club championship season with two games in the Junior football championship, the opening salvos being fired on Saturday evening when Toome meet Killanny in Oram at 7.00pm, while on Sunday evening it is a fairly local affair between Aghabog and Eire Og in Scotstown with that one getting under way at 6.00pm. .
