ULSTER SENIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP QUARTER FINAL.

Monaghan 0-16, Cavan 0-15.

Monaghan squeezed through to the semi-final of the Ulster senior football championship when they held out in a frenetic finish for victory by the narrowest of margins against a resilient Cavan at the end of this hugely entertaining and highly exciting quarter-final that kept the crowd of 18,540 on the edge of their seats right to the final whistle in Kingspan Breffni Park on Sunday afternoon last.
