Seniors:

Doohamlet hosted Carrick last wednesday. The first half was a cagey affair and was low scoring with not much room in either forward line but Doohamlet got some fine points by Barry Mc Ginn & Darren Connolly which left the score line Doohamlet 0-5 Carrick 0-2.  Doohamlet was quick of the blocks for the second half with points by Colin Walshe, Darren Connolly, Barrt Mc BEnnett and Barry Mc Ginn pulled Doohamlet clear out to keep Carrick  almost scoreless in the second half which gives credit to our defence. Doohamlet ran out winners on a scoreline of 0-11 to 1-3. Team: James Casey, Jason Mc Elroy, Gaby Casey, Shane Connolly, Colin Walshe, Kevin Mc Ardle, Daien Ward. Doohamlet v Currn:

Doohamlet made the journey on Sunday to Scotshouse. This has been a tricky ground for us over the last few seasons. Early points by Barry Mc Bennett and Colin Walshe gave us an early lead but Currin responded with points of their own, a goal out of nothing by Barry Mc Ginn helped Doohamlet into a lead of 1-3 to 0-3. Doohamlet got early points onto the scoreboard in the second half which helped us steady the ship and eventually the game opened up. Further points by Mc Ginn and a well worked goal by Johnny Duffy gave us a comfortable lead, a fine point by Shane Mc Manus in the last few minutes gave Doohamlet a victory. It finished2-11 to 0-8. Minors: Our minors had a comfortable win on Tuesday last against Rockcorry. We travelled to Currin on Saturday to play Patrick Emmets and ended in defeat to us by 8 points.

U16,s lost to Clones on Thursday.

Monaghan Electrical IFL: Our seniors host Corduff on Saturday @ 7pm.

Plantium Tanks Reserve League Division 2A: Reserves play Drumhowan at home on 6th May @ 7.45pm.

Minors host Tyholland next Tues 5th May @ 7.30pm in the Maguire Transport Minor Football Division 3 League.

U16,s are away to Magheracloone this Thurs @ 7pm in the Gerrys Prepared Veg Ballybay Division 2 League.
