Juveniles:

U6 / U8 / U10
Training as usual on Saturday from 10.00 to 11.15.

U12
The U12s turned in a great performance in Saturday's Spring League game in Killanny. They were unlucky to lose by a point, scored with the last kick of the game.
The final score was Killanny 12pts - 11pts Corduff.

U14
The U14s are at home in the league against Clontibret on Saturday, April 25th. Throw in is 2.00pm.

U16
A very good team performance by the U16s against Killeevan on Thursday April 16th secured the win for the Corduff side. The final score was Corduff (4-12)v(2-11) Killeevan. Next up for the U16s is an away fixture against Castleblaney on Thursday April 23rd. Throw in is 6.45pm.

Minors;
Corduff V Clones: Following some great football in the first half Corduff went in 2 points down. In what was a very tight game with some great defending by Corduff and with 10 minutes to go Corduff forward line showed their clinical finishing to win the game by 3 points. Scorers were Sean Burns 1-5, Fergal Hanratty 0-5 and Killian Hand 0-2.
Seniors:
Corduff V Carrick:
Corduff Seniors had mixed fortunes last week. On a bright sunny Wednesday evening Corduff welcomed neighbours Carrick for Round 2 of the Intermediate League. The visitors dominated the first quarter going 0-3 ahead before Brendan McNally registered Corduff's one and only point in the first half. Carrick pulled away comfortably and by half time went in on a scoreline of 1-5 to Corduff's 0-1. As the sun faded in the second so did Corduff's hope of a comeback despite the fact the they scored 5 points in the second half. Carrick proved too strong claiming their first league points of the season.
Corduff V Truagh:
Having regrouped after their midweek defeat to Carrick Corduff travelled to Currin on Saturday evening. Corduff stated their intent with 2 great goals from Padraic Keenan and Jason Hand early in the first half. By half time  Corduff went in with a comfortable lead on a score line of 2-6 to 0-3. In what was a terrific team performance Corduff held onto their lead and by the final whistle won on a score line of Corduff 2-13 to Currin 0-12. Corduff came away from Currin having bagged their first two League points of the season.

Tuesday  21st April Corduff played Tomme and next Tuesday 28th April Corduff are away to Emyvale with a 7:30pm throw-in.
Seniors:
Last night Wednesday  Corduff played Aughnamullen .
Sunday 26th April Corduff V Drumhowan at 2pm in Corduff and next Wednesday 29th Corduff are away to Cremartin at 7:30pm.

Seniors:
Corduff Ladies Senior team recorded an impressive home victory in the Intermediate League last Thursday evening against Scotstown. Scotstown were first on the scoreboard in the second minute followed by Corduff in the third minute. Corduff stretched ahead with a goal from Laura McEnaney in the 18th minute and went in one point ahead at the interval on a scoreline of 1-3 to 0-5. Corduff continued to dominate in the second half with a brilliant team effort for the goal keeper to the forwards with some great defending at one end matched by some great scoring at the other end. Corduff added 7 points to their tally in the second half while Scotstowm only added 3 points. Corduff were deserving winners on the day with the final score Corduff 1-10 Scotstown 0-8. Corduff panel was as follows: Alana Kernan, Sarah McEnaney,Ciara McEnaney,Hannah Finegan,Naomi Cogan,Fiona Patton,Sinead Loughlin,Amy Treanor, Barbara Ward,Sinead McEneaney,Laura McEnaney,Colleen Callan,Claire Connolly,Elena McEnaney, Eva Woods plus subs Eibhlin Clinton,Jessica McMahon,Niamh Callan,Sarah Burns,Keely Mee and Dearbhla Callan.
Fixtures:
No U14s or U16s this week.
Senior Reserves are away to Emmet Og at 6pm this Saturday.

All-Star Award:
Not only did Laura McEnaney captain DCU Ladies team in 2015 but she also picked up a College All-Star Award at the weekend. Congratulations Laura on your award from all at Corduff Ladies.
Monaghan Ladies Strictly Come Dancing:
Strictly Come Dancing is only around the corner now, on Sunday week 3rd May in The Hillgrove Hotel Monaghan. Naomi Cogan who is representing Corduff is putting in a massive effort on behalf of the club. So, we are calling on you to come and support Naomi on the night. Tickets are available through the club and are limited so make sure to get your ticket in advance.
