Doohamlet v Clones 15/4/15:

We hosted Clones on Wednesday last in our second league game. Clones started brightly with 2 early points, Doohamlet opend there account with a Barry Mc Bennett point. Further points from Barry Mc Bennett and Barry Mc Ginn left the half time score 0-4 to 0-5 to Clones. Doohamlet started the second half with 4 unanswered points by Barry Mc Ginn. In the 52nd minute Barry Mc Bennett struck the back of the net with a well worked goal. Barry Mc Ginn and Jason Mc Elroy added 2 further points to leave the final score 1-11 to 0-9.

Doohamlet v Cremartin 18-4-15

We made the short journey to neighbours Cremartin. Crematin opened the scoring with 2 points, Barry Mc Ginn opened the scoring for Doohamlet with 2 points between the 6th and 10th minute. crematin got a goal in the 11th minute but Doohamlet responded well with further points form Barry Mc Ginn. Barry Mc Bennett got a goal on the stroke of half time which left he half time score Doohamlet 1-6 Cremartin 1-4. The second half was totally dominated by Doohmalet in all areas. A masterful display of kicking by Barry Mc Bennett and a well worked goal by Jamie Walshe gave us a well deserved victory on a scoreline fo 2-12 to 1-9.

Minors:

Our minors lost to blayne on Tuesday last.

U16,s:

Under 16,s lost out to Emyvale on Thursday.

Fixtures:

Seniors are away to Currin this Sunday @ 3pm.

Minors play Patrick Emmetts in Currin @ 4pm on Saturday and are away to Latton on Tuesday @ 7.30pm.

U16,s host Clones this Thursday @ 6.45pm.

U14,s host Latton this Saturday @ 2pm.

Club membership: There is still some outstanding club membership due for 2015. Committee members will be calling to houses in next few weeks for collection.

Congratulations to all the boys & girls from the local area who recieved the sacrement of confirmation recently.
