Doohamlet GFC club notes

March 30, 2015

Reserves: Our reserves hosted Donaghmoyne on Sunday afternoon in what was rough conditions with gale force winds and driving rain. This was a tight and at times very physical game. Donaghmoyne started brighty and at time this game was looking like it was going to slip past us but Doohamlet dug deep in the last 15 minutes of the first half and got it back level going into the break. The second half was low scoring but fine points by Ollie Hughes, Ciaran Finnegan and Jamie Walshe helped to to a hard fought and deserved win. Team MJ O Conor, Christopher Boylan, John Duffy, Aidan Marray, Damien Ward(1-1), Emmet Mc Manus, Byran Mc Kenna, Stephen Gilsenan, Johnny Duffy, Mark Murphy, Barry Mc Bennett(0-5), Gavin King, Ciaran Finnegan(0-1), Ollie Hughes(0-1), Shane Mc  Manus(1-0).
