JUVENILE DISCO: Date for diary is the 27th March, the Halloween and Xmas disco were extremely well attended we hope the Easter Disco will be a similar success.
MINORS: Training Tuesday& Thursdays, we train tonight Thursday in Oram at 7pm
PARADE: The Paddys day parade is gathering momentum, the parade will be televised by Irish TV, the Parade starts at 12.30 from the shop, a full days entertainment is provided in the club including a free bangers and mash, check our facebook page for updates. Stewards are requested at the club from 11.30 in what is always the social event of the year at the club.
ULSTER COLLEGES: A successful weekend for our members on Saturday when Eoghan Mc Nally and the Our Ladys team defeated Ballymena in Lurgan and later that afternoon the Patrican HS, managed by Lorcan Keenan defeated St Malcays Belfast, the scene is now suit for a final which will take place on Paddys Day at 11 in Armagh, we wish both sets of players and mentors well in the biggest day in Ulster Colleges Football.
REF COURSE: Senior player Jason Mc Donald & Pauric Graham are taking up the whistle and attending a course on Friday night at 7.30, anyone else wishing to take up the whistle contact Hughe or Tony.
EXERCISE BICKS: Thanks to Pete & Amanda in definition for sponsoring exercise bicks to the club.
DARTS: The annual Teddy Finnegan Darts competition takes place on Saturday 7th March at 6pm, first prize £300, entry fee £10. All welcome. The club are asking all noon dart throwers in the area to support the event, a selection of the best dart throwers in the region will be in attendance, funds raised goes towards juvenile development.
COURSES: Well done to Johnny Mc Gonnell who completed his level coaching course at the weekend.
SPONSORSHIP:In a new departure for the club we are seeking sponsors for all our teams from senior to u-8, the sponsor will be acknowledged on twitter, facebook and in print with the teams fixture for the week, a letter will be sent to potential sponsors in the coming days, anyone interested in seeking more info contact any committee member. A big thank you to Martin Fox who will once again be the senior team sponsor for 2015.
FRIENDS OF ORAM: Once again our scheme is once again proving to be a wonderful success, with large numbers of members renewing there membership, we urge all players to sign up and anyone who uses our excellent facilities.
REGISTRATION MORNING: A date for our registration morning will be confirmed in the coming days,
QUIZ: A table quiz for the Art Mooney Creche takes place on Friday the 6th March, please support table £30 first prize a £100.
DR WARD CUP: Our opening fixture in the league is Killeevan at home on the 22nd March at 4pm,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Congrats to senior play Danny Lynch who celebrated his 30th birthday in the club at the weekend.
JUVENILE COACHING: Coaching schedules for underage teams will be finalised in the coming days as the new season fast approaches, parents will be notified by text when training starts.
