See a report from a successful day for Monaghan Ladies on and off the pitch in the 2015 Tesco Homegrown National Football League.

One thousand supporters attended an exciting 2-11 to 2-10 defeat of All Ireland champions Cork at Blackhill on Sunday February 22.

'That's the biggest crowd ever here', said Pat Brannigan, while Monaghan Ladies Chairperson Claudine McMahon was delighted that promotional work in schools had helped boost the attendance.

Monaghan goalscorer Laura McEnaney praised the County Board and said that the home support had helped in the closing stages to 'drive the team over the line'.
