MOTIONS.

A total of 8 motions were submitted for consideration at Convention but, in the final event, only two of them were discussed and passed:

1 to create a bye-law covering the first registration of youth players and to clear up certain issues regarding interclub transfers of youth players and

2. a motion that will now go forward to Annual Congress that if passed would allow members of the Association to play hurling with a club in a neighbouring county.
