Annual General Meeting:

Blackhill Emeralds G.F.C. A.G.M. will be held tomorrow Friday December 12th at 8pm. All members are invited to attend. Good luck to the incoming committee for 2015 and beyond.

Senior club official of the year:

Our chairwoman Bernie Courtney & our secretary Marie Murphy were jointly awarded senior club official of the year at last Thursday nights county convention. Congratulations to both ladies on winning this elite award in recognition of the quality of their respective administrative work.

Castleblayney Care:

Castleblayney Care are holding a 5km run starting from Blackhill GFC social centre on Sunday next December 14th at 2PM. Registration from 1-30PM. This will be followed by food and a Christmas party in the social centre from 3-30PM. Special guest Mr. S. Claus. All are welcome to attend and the proceeds of the event are going to adults with special needs in the community.

Defibrillator Training:

A defibrillator training day will now take place in January owing to unforeseen circumstances. Members wishing to avail of this life saving training should contact Thom Griffin.
