Clontibret

Senior League Semi-Final
Clontibret 1-9, Scotstown 1-10. After another slow start, the league semi-final turned into a ding-dong battle, with a number of chances to win it at the end. All in all, it was a great year, and despite the league defeat, it finished on a high. Well done to all involved in making 2014 such a memorable year for our club including players, management and officials, who worked so well together to make us county champions again, for the 16th time.

Ireland v Australia
Well done to Conor McManus who represented his club, county and country in style last week in Perth. Conor starred for Ireland up front, scoring 4 overs in the process and finished top scorer for Ireland. He was selected as Ireland Player of the Series, a great honour.

AGM 2015
A committee meeting will be held in the clubrooms on Monday 1st December at 9pm to finalise details  for the AGM

Rannafast Cup
Well done to our club players who helped their school, St Macartans, to victory last Friday night, including Dean Brennan, Michael Savage, Dean McGuigan, Dean McDonnell, Ross Lowey and Jack Gormley, Jack being unfortunate not to be able to take his place due to injury. Not forgetting the role played by Martin Corey in a famous victory which will help develop these young players.
