Stars in Your Eyes: The day has finally arrived; "Stars in Your Eyes" will take place this Saturday evening 1st Nov in the Sports Complex, with doors opening to the public at 8pm. There has been a huge amount of work gone into the development of the show, with a big team of people developing the concept, selling tickets and most importantly practicing their acts. We all know the character we have within our parish and 12 Local Acts will entertain to the crowd on Saturday, so please get there early to avail of a seat, with tickets selling extremely well. We would like to thanks each and every one of the people involved, on what will surely be a night to remember. It will be a night of entertainment and a great evening's fun. The show will start 9pm sharp.

Credit Union League: With the ultimate near completions the 3rd & 4th positions has to be finalized, Blayney & Monaghan Harps play each other on Sunday 2nd Nov, Scotstown has their final round outing with Clontibret, as the results from these games will decide the pairings for the league semi-finals.

Foundation Course: Monaghan coaches and games are organizing a Foundation Level Award course for new coaches and current coaches who have not yet completed the course. The award is open to anyone with an interest in coaching, which are schedule for Friday 28th Nov and Saturday 29th Nov in Cloghan. €30. AGM: The Annual General Meeting of Scotstown GAA will take place on Friday, November 28th at 8pm. Nomination papers have been sent to all paid up Full Members, and these should be returned to the Club Secretary by 12 noon on Friday, November 7th.

Tables:  There is someone within the club who has probably forgotten to return a couple of tables that were borrowed from the Complex and have not been returned. These tables are required for the weekend. If anyone has any information on where they might be, please contact Arthur King on 086-8516944.  

Irish Classes: Ciorcal Gaeilge every Tuesday in the meeting room, sports complex, between 8.30pm-9.30pm. Fáilte roimh gach duine.

Bar Rota: Week beginning 3rd - 9th Nov, the Bar Rota team on duty will be Niall McKenna and Damien Mohan

Sympathy: The club would like to extend its deepest sympathy to the McGinnity Family and Kilpatrick family on their late bereavement, Una Kilpatrick (nee McGinnity), Glassdrummond, Newbliss. May She Rest in Peace.
