Clontibret

Senior Championship
Ballybay and Truagh drew in their championship match with the result that our semi-final against the eventual winners has been put back for a week, and will now take place on the weekend of 20th/21st September.

Senior League
Clontibret 1-17, Doohamlet 0-12. We came out on top against Doohamlet last Sunday in a tough tussle.
We have a league match against Magheracloone this Saturday in Inniskeen at 6pm.

Minors
The Division 2 championship final against Doohamlet has yet to be fixed.

U14 League
Clontibret 3-22, Cremartin 4-7. Congratulations to our victorious u14 team who claimed the double by clinching the league title against neighbours Cremartin on Saturday. There was 12 points in it in the end but it was a tough match throughout with our boys only pulling away in the final quarter, which was kick-started by a super goal by Shea Gorman. It really was a fight to the end in what was a high-scoring, entertaining game. There were some super passages of play throughout, with some great defending, superb mid-fielding, and some brilliantly taken scores, with some great point scoring on display. Captain Shea Gorman accepted the cup amid great celebrations. Big congratulations to the team on their great successes this year, and on their effort and hard work throughout the year.
The victorious team was: David Brennan, Brendan McCully, Conor Molloy, Ronan O'Reilly, Adam Sylvestre, Shea Gorman, Eli Ward, Darren McMahon, Conor McCooey, Niall Moen, Nathan Power, Michael Mohan, Paddy Keenan, Ronan Boyle, Emmett Walsh, Tom Ward, Kian Quinn.
Best wishes to Conor Molloy for a speedy recovery from his injury which he picked up during the game. Thanks to the management team of Shane McMahon, Christopher Tedore and Pauric Boyle for their time and dedication to these young stars.

U10 & U8
Well done to all the boys who played brilliantly in the blitz against Scotstown last Thursday.

U6
