Dr Ward Cup: Home to Scotstown Saturday at 6.30
Breakfast Morning: Our annual breakfast morning was once again an outstanding success with our hall packed to capacity. We thank our main sponsors Gerry Quinn Raymond Watters Joe Bishop Pete Mc Mahon the Nestbox and Noel Gorman. And all those who give donations and helped out in any way.
U:12: Our u12 season ended in disappointment when our u12s lost their final to Corduff. We got off to a great start with a brace of early scores. And lead at half time by four. However we were 2nd best in the second half and lost out to a well balanced Corduff squad. Thanks to Paul John & and in particular Pauric for his continued work at underage level for the club. We competed extremely well in a well balanced league the highlight defeating Ballybay and pushing eventual cup winners Clontibret all the way. We can look forward to next years u14s.
Congrats: to Mairead Mc Caffey who celebrated her birthday with family and friends in the club last weekend.
U16s: Our u16s bowed out of the league on Monday night in Latton. Thanks to Johnny Mc Gonnell who coached this squad since last January we fullfilled all fixtures despite having a small panel and contested the semi:final
Speedy Recovery: To club juvenile chairman Pete Finnegan who sustained a hand injury at work recently.
