Club Lotto

We had no winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 9, 16, 26 and 28. The four lucky dip winners were Emmet and Mary Cosgrove, Eoghan Farrelly, Deco, C/O Cashells and Dympna Finnegan, Mulinarry.  Our next jackpot is for €1500 and the draw will take place in the Meeting Room next Monday evening.

You can do the lotto via the usual outlets and online at www.magheracloonemitchells.ie. Thank you to all our lotto sellers who sell and all our lotto buyers who buy, it’s much appreciated.

All Ireland Intermediate Football Championship semi-final

The long-awaited All-Ireland semi-final takes place this Saturday in Crossmaglen at 1.30pm against near neighbours Mattock Rangers. Wishing all the team and management the very best of luck as they play the most important match of their playing careers and the Club’s history. We’re all so proud of you for making it this far and hopefully we’ll be in Croke Park on the 25th. We encourage all supporters to come out in their numbers and support our boys in black and white. Have the hats, scarves and headbands ready folks!

Junior All -Ireland semi-final

Best wishes to Blackhill in their semi-final on Saturday,

Breakfast Morning

Thank you to everybody who supported our Breakfast morning over the Christmas holidays. It was a great morning and we hope everybody enjoyed themselves. Special mention to Sean Fitzsimons, Jody Clarke, Brendan McMahon and Michael O’Neill who sponsored the meat, eggs, bread, milk, mushrooms, black and white pudding etc. Without the help of these generous businesses it would not have been the success it was.

Thank you to our club sponsor, The M Hotel for kindly facilitating us and giving us all the help, we needed to ensure we gave everybody a hearty breakfast.

Ladies' Notes:

The very best of luck to Magheracloone Senior men and their management team in the All Ireland Intermediate Club semi-final on Saturday. We urge you all to make the short trip to Crossmaglen and give the lads the support they deserve.
