Club Lotto

We had no winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 12, 16, 18 and 19. The four lucky dip winners were Sean Fitzsimons, Ann Quigley, Pete Lambe and Caron Furlong and each win €50. Our next jackpot will be for €3000 and the draw will take place in Treacys Hotel on Monday evening.

You can do the lotto via the usual outlets and online at www.magheracloonemitchells.ie.

Temporary pitch

We hope everybody is enjoying having our temporary pitch on the go, we have received many lovely comments about our new facility, and we are very grateful to have it up and running. Any teams wishing to book the pitch please contact Catherine Kelly.

Community Games

Best of luck to our U10 boys and U14 girls who travel up to Derry on Saturday to compete in the Ulster finals. Both teams came out of the county undefeated and hope to continue that on Saturday.

Seniors

Our Seniors were back to winning ways on Friday last against Tyholland and remain top of the table. Our next game is against Donaghmoyne away on Sunday morning at 12. All support welcome.

Reserves

Our Reserves were unfortunately defeated by a strong Truagh team on Sunday last in the final of the O’Duffy Cup, hard luck to the players and management. They are out again tomorrow (Wednesday) in Inniskeen at 8pm against Scotstown.

U7’s

The U7’s train on Thursday from 7-8pm.

U9’s

Our U9’s enjoyed a great blitz in Killanny last Saturday playing Latton, Corduff and Castleblayney. Well done to all the players on the excellent displays of football and teamwork during the blitz. Training continues Thursday from 7-8pm.

U11’s

Our U11’s train on Friday this week from 7-8pm. Next game is against Corduff, details to be confirmed.

U13’s

Our U13’s were defeated by Clontibret last week, next up is Latton at home on Saturday at 12noon, best of luck all.
