Membership/Registration: Membership is now due anyone wishing to use our facilities must be members as per insurance rules from Croke Park. It has been decided anyone who uses the walking track and other facilities around the centre can avail of Social membership at a reduced rate of €15 If you wish to become a member please contact Club Treasurers Rosemary Johnston on 0872862074 or Debbie Mc Ardle on 0862760850 as soon as possible. Closing Date for membership is 31st March.

Fundraising Draw: The Football Club are running a fundraising draw this year with proceeds towards development around the Football Complex. Top prize of €5000 followed by Holiday to Europe, Tickets and overnight stay at an Ireland Rugby International and also ticket and overnight stay to a Manchester United Premier League game and also overnight stay at the Allingham Hotel Bundoran. Tickets cost €20 or 3 for €50 and there will be a launch night on the 12th of April.

Seniors: Seniors first game is pencilled in Saturday 30th March at home to Cremartin with a 5pm throw in.

Reserves: The Reserves play Emyvale at home in the Reserve League Div 1B this Saturday the 23rd of March at 5pm. All support welcome

Under 19: Unfortunately the Under 19 competition has to be restructured to later so no dates as of yet for when this competition recommences.

Under 17: This competition is due to commence on next Tuesday night the 26th of March no confirmation of opposition as of yet

Under 15: This competition is due to start on the 28th of March no confirmation of opposition as of yet.

Under 13: Aughnamullen commenced their league campaign on Monday last where they played host to Killanny. Killanny were to the forefront in the first half and led by 6 at half time however whatever the management said to the players at half time inspired the players and the boys produced a brilliant second half performance to emerge victorious on a score line of 5-13 to 4-11. They play away to Ballybay on Saturday 30th of March at 12pm. Team v Killanny Conor Mc Mahon, Pauric Mc Entee, Tommy Mc Eneaney, Jack Loughlin, Phil Duffy, Dylan Bannigan(0-1), Luke Phillips, Christopher Geoghegan(2-5), James Connolly(2-5), Padraig Lambe, Callum Hughes. Subs used Cormac Mc Nally(1-1) for Callum Hughes, Emmet Garrivan for Phil Duffy, Patrick Lambe(0-1) for Padraig Lambe.

Under 11: The under 11 boys commence their games this Saturday 23rd March with 2 games against Magheracloone in Aughnamullen at 12 noon & 1pm respectively.

Juvenile Table Quiz: There is a juvenile table quiz on the 12th April please support this.

Gaeltacht Scholarships:Coiste Cultúir & Gaeilge Coiste Chontae Mhuineacháin each year offer Scholarship for young people in Clubs to attend Gaeltacha so as to enhance and broaden their skill as Gaeilge and to promote Gaeilge in Clubs and as a whole in the County. Applications are now open for the 2019 Scholarships. Closing date for receipt of applications is the 10th of April and application forms can be found in the resource section of the Monaghan GAA website. Scor: The Acorn Life Sponsored Celebration of 50 years of Scór here in the County will take place in the Garage Theatre Monaghan on 5th April at 8pm. A night not to be missed, it's an opportunity for all past, present and future Scór participants to unite. Tickets are limited and available at €10 each and can be ordered through the County Scór Officer (Mairead Boyle). The Aughnamullen club won the Question time competition in 1980/81 and Instrumental Group in 1982/83 at Scor na Og if anyone has information to contact 0874634592 as soon as possible thank you.

First Communion/ Confirmation: With First Holy communion on the 11th May and Sacrament of Confirmation on the 19th May Aughnamullen Social Centre are awarding special packages for families for meals and entertainment on these dates.  For further details contact  Club Chairman Paddy Markey on 0876839256 Club Secretary Ann Blanche on 0834191986 or the Social Centre on 0429745626 after 8pm.

Date for your Diary: On Easter Sunday night  the very popular Lee Matthews will provide music in the Social Centre. Whilst on Saturday 25th May popular magician and entertainer Jack Wise is performing in the Social Centre a great nights entertainment is guaranteed

Ceara Womens Group: Ceara Women's Group will be hosting a 2 part evening workshop on " The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" commencing on Monday night next the 25th March from 8 - 10.30pm in Aughnamullen Social Centre.

Ladies: Hard luck is extended to the Ladies Minor team who were beaten by a stronger O Neills outfit in the Minor Championship on Monday last by 7-09 to 1-04.  The Reserves ladies play away to Inniskeen on Friday evening at 7.30pm. All support welcome.

Congrats: Congratulations is extended to Kevin O Reilly Carrickatee & Denise Mooney Cabra who were married on Saturday last.

St Oliver Plunketts Parents Association: There is a talk being given tonight at the school at 7pm. It's open to everyone and it's very relevant to all our young people now with modern technology The lady delivering the talk had a daughter a victim of cyber bullying and has lived through and hoping for a good turn out.

St Oliver Plunketts Preschool: St Oliver Plunketts Preschool are organising a fashion show on Saturday 30th March in Aughnamullen Social Centre commencing at 8.30pm. Admission is €15 and can be obtained from the preschool or any parent.
