Forde Cup Final took place on Sunday 9th Dec in Tully under lights. The 2018 Forde Cup semi-finals and finals took place last Sunday evening under floodlights. Over 30 children from u7's to u10's took part in what proved to be thoroughly enjoyable occasion. The football and managerial contests were as competitive as ever with one semi final game going to extra time and only an ice cool free taker separated the sides! The other semi final was also a tough game with the Yellow and Orange teams. However it was No Bibs v Orange in the final with the Oranges prevailing to lift the cup. Declan Forde presented the cup to the winning captain Harry Ronaghan on behalf of his team. Well done to all kids who took part over recent weeks and thank you to the parents for coming along and braving the weather and also to anyone who helped out in anyway. Our sincere thanks must also go to the Forde family for their generosity and time.

Congratulations to Colaiste Oiriall on their 2 Ulster School Cups last weekend - U 16 girls and U 14 Boys - Emyvale were represented with distinction on both teams.

The annual county convention took place on Thursday last 6th December. It was a great night for our club with Eamon Mc Kernan our ex-chairman receiving Senior Club Official of the year , Daniel Mc Mahon Junior Player of the year and five players represented on the Junior team of the year in Daniel Mc Mahon, Ryan Mc Anespie, Colin Hughes, Robbie and David Mc Allister.

On Wednesday last our own Nicholas Mc Mahon was recognised as the Emyvale Club volunteer of the year. Nicholas is involved in many aspects of the club from the Mens senior team to the weekly Bingo. Congratulations to Nicholas on being rewarded for all his efforts in the club.
