Shoe City Senior League Clontibret 1-19 MonaghanHarps. 2-14
In an absorbing high scoring game on Friday night last we scored four consecutive points at the end to claim victory having lost an early lead to a brace of Harps goals late in the second half. Next up is away to Latton on Friday week followed by a visit to Scotstown the following week end.
Platinum Tanks Reserves
The final league game in RFL Division 1A is a visit to Truagh on Saturday July 14th at 5pm which has been moved from Sunday
Minors Clontibret 3-10 Emyvale 1-12
The minors advanced to the Division 2 Shield final with a good win over Emyvale on Tuesday last. The final of this competition with Tyholland has been pencilled in for August 14th. This week its championship time with a trip to Clones to take on the Tiernach Sarsfields combination
Hurling
In the SHC the hurlers have St Macartans (Truagh/Monaghan Harps) as visitors on Thursday 12th July followed by a trip to Castleblayney on July 19th.
Super 8's
So Monaghan are in the big boys' league as we head to the Super 8's after a fine win in Navan on Sunday. All ourClontibret men contributed handsomely to the victory and we wish them well with their team mates and management as they take on Kildare in Croke Park on Sunday at 2pm
New Pitch Development
Work has resumed on the laying of the new Prunty Pitch with the contractors moving in last week to begin the drainage programme and groundwork. With a projected six to eight week completion schedule it is hoped the new pitch will be ready for seeding by the beginning of September. This will also clear the way for work to progress on the laying of the walking track around the new pitch and existing pitch. Exciting developments ahead.
Development Draw 2018
As work gets underway with the development of the new Prunty Pitch at O'Neill Park we're delighted to launch our fund raising draw. So, what can you win? Well, there will be 2 lucky winners. One will receive 2 All Ireland tickets for the All Ireland Football final and the other 2 All Ireland tickets for the All Ireland Hurling final. Not only will that but the winners get overnight accommodation in The Croke Park Hotel

U6 - Training continues this Friday evening at 5.45pm.
U7 -Training continues on Mondays at 6.30pm.
U9- Training this Saturday morning as per usual. The boys acquitted themselves very well at the Blitz on Monday night in Blackhill.
U11 -Well done to both our two U11 teams last weekend against Monaghan Harps.
U13 - The Div 2 & Div 6 team out this weekend. Dates may change due to Monaghan playing Kildare on Sunday. Management will be in contact
U15 -The boys put in a tremendous effort last Thursday against a much stronger Scotstown team in the Championship. A great effort was put in by the full panel to take the game to extra time, unfortunately we came away with a defeat. The team played some great attacking football and also defended with great skill. Keep up the good work and we'll get our rewards down the line.
U17 - The U17 league has been postponed until the County U17's complete the games in the All Ireland series.
Cul Camps: Well done to all the boys and girls who attended Cul Camps in Clontibret last week. Everyone seemed to have an enjoyable time and the weather was great.
