Platinum Tanks RFL Division 2A  -  The Bs will play Sean Mc Dermotts in the final league game this Saturday 14th of July in  Threemilehouse at 5pm. A win is a must if the team is to  qualify for the semi final

 

Eurotech Junior Football League  Cup - The seniors will play their first game in the cup section of the league away to Cremartin on Friday  20th July with an 8pm throw in.

 

Mallon Foods U17 Division 2 League - this league is postponed till the Co. Minors are finished playing. There will be a competition planned  without the  county players for that  period.

 

Manor Farm U15.  Division 3 Championship.   The U15s went under by 6 points away to Aughnamullen on Thursday evening last. Short a number of regulars due to holidays we only had the bare 11 players with no subs.  The full time score was Drumhowan 2-15 Aughnamullen 6-9   The boys however tried hard and will regret some missed goal chances.   The  next game will be a league semi final v Truagh

Gerry's Prepared Veg U13 Division 2 Cup.  These three games will all be played in the second half of the month 

Gr8 Entertainment U11 Liam Stirrat Development League. Drumhowan 0-19. Latton 0-10.  The team played some great football on Friday evening last the 6th of July In Latton to run out deserving winners. Next match is a home one v Emyvale on 21st July 

U7-9. Training as normal each Monday 7-8pm

Community Employment Worker  -  the club presently has a vacancy for this position. If you know of anyone that is interested please contact Gerry Finnegan or  Martin Mc Elearney 

Friends of Drumhowan  -  is now due. Can you please hand in to any committee member of at underage training on a Monday evening.

 

Sympathy is extended to Gerry Woods and all the Woods family  on the death of his uncle  Owenie Thornton following a farm accident.   Please also remember in your prayers Gerard Mulligan nephew of Charlie who was laid to rest in Wexford last week.

 

Congratulations to Gary Mc Guirk who got married to Nicole Dodds last Saturday the 7th of July. Wishing the both of them many years of happiness.
