Big Breakfast Morning: The annual breakfast took place last Sunday and once again was a huge success. Those in attendance enjoyed a great social event in the Pearse Brothers Sport Centre. Well done and thank you to everyone who helped and supported the event.

 

Under 11's: It was a fantastic beginning to the summer league for the under 11s against Aughnamullen on Saturday. On a beautiful day for football, the travelling support were served up a real treat with Ballybay getting off to a great start. The lads really dominated the opening exchanges, scoring well and making it hard for the home side to get a foothold in the game. The white sock period saw some very intelligent play with good support running that kept the scoreboard ticking over. A spirited recovery by Aughnamullen in the third period was largely kept in check by tight marking in defence. This was an assured performance by a group of lads with an admirable team spirit. Many thanks to the supporters, and to mentors Peter Ward, Terry Duffy, Paddy Linden, Feargal Smith and Tommy Mullen. Most of all, well done to the players: Adam Dixon, Andrew Mullen, Jamie Mc Mahon, Eoin Brady, George Shepherd, Mark Drury, Michael Duffy, Sam Duffy, Seamus Mc Mahon, Sean Ward, Simon Du Plessis, Stephen Duffy, Joseph O' Harte.
