DR WARD CUP: In a game where both defences were on top the visitors Eire of edged a keenly contested game last Saturday evening 10 7, with two minutes remaining the bare minimum separated the sides, although defeated we can once again be proud of the performance against an Eire OG side tipped by many for promotion, we face another difficult game away to Clones on Sunday at 3

SYMAPTHY: Deepest sympathy is extended to the Mc Bride family on the death of Big Tom Mc Bride, Tom was captain of our Junior double winning team of 1963, club president and life long supporter, at this difficult time we offer our condolences to sons Dermot & Thomas, daughters Aishling & Siobhan.  A detailed acknowledgement of Tom contribution to our club and community will appear in next weeks notes.
