5th Class after School Programme Monaghan Coaching & Games are organising an 5th class Boys After School Programme in Our Lady's Secondary School, Castleblayney for 4 weeks starting Thursday November 9th from 4pm - 5:30pm

This programme will cover Gaelic Football & Skill Development covered by Rory Beggan. You can just go along and register this Thursday.

Plays by Ballintra Players  - Two 1 act plays namely Matter of Conscience and Roma will take place in Drumhowan Community Centre on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th November. It will also be shown in Iontas on Friday  1st December

 

Gerry's Prepared Veg and Take Away  - annual fundraiser dance will take place in Lisdoonan Community Centre on Saturday 25th November. Mick Flavin and Declan Nearney  will provide the entertainment

Circuit Training continues with Ursula and UR Fitness every  and Thursday at 7.30pm in the Centre.  Now the clocks have changed it's time to get in shape for Christmas. 

 

Keep Free -  Sunday 19th November Model Toy and Mega Truck Show is being held in The Glencarn from 12-6pm. Proceeds are for Children Cancer Charities  and Special Needs Active Parents.  A great family funday is guaranteed 

 

Congratulations to club referee and former chairperson David Hurson who married his partner  Roisin Mc Caffrey in the Hillgrove Hotel on Friday 27th October. Everyone in the club wishes them every success in the future. 

Congratulations to Maria (nee Duffy) and Seán Farmer on the birth of the their daughter Nora Grace on Monday 30th of October - Seán had to make a quick getaway from the Gala Ball. Another addition to the full back line came last Sunday the 5th of November when Éadaoin and Gerry Woods welcomed a new baby boy into the world. No name details as of yet!!
