Next years minors yeah tommie rooney is a great shout ive seen him a bit and he's consistently brilliant, great heart looks like a young john mcdermott! will have tough competition in midfield from conor sheridan, jamie farrelly and darragh curran. looks to be a great panel when do they start? controversial managerial appointment danjo_nevin , 02/09/2010 at 21:31
Championshiip semi finals !! Moylagh should ease their way in to the junior final, should win by 5 or 6 points, hard to call the other semi, dunsany might just edge it LordingTheMiddl , 02/09/2010 at 21:14
Up For The Final especially for royal ash : A TIPP JERSEY SIGNED BY EOIN KELLY dubinroyal , 02/09/2010 at 21:07
Championshiip semi finals !! have only seen the junior championship so far this year...moylough look strong be a good battle with them and ballivor, dunsany looking for a 3rd successful championship final appearance but they will have to play very well to a overcome a very determined ballinabrackey team that has steamrolled every team they have played in the championship(with the exception of drumbarragh, think they played the 2nd half with on 14 players)so far.so its a moylough ballinabrackey final for me with the bracks just to pip moylough in the final. thelutch , 02/09/2010 at 21:05
Congrats to David Coldrick Well done David-should be a great game. bert09 , 02/09/2010 at 20:21

New! Who will win the hurling championships yes intheloop i meant that they wont be bet from now on. i aplogise for my mistake. Very good point about junior teams training with their first teams but i still just feel tones have a lot to offer through eanna harrington who i believe is a serious talent and could win the junior championship on his day...just my opionion though as u said im entitled to one hoganstandboy19 , 02/09/2010 at 19:18
Next years minors michaels_lad,take a chill pill....he was only joking. You sound like you're the wrong side of 65!!!! tonytookamotor , 02/09/2010 at 18:55
Next years minors got to love some people's opinions dowd really highlights his own ignorance. Ive been hearin a bit about tommie rooney meath hill(north meath club) anybody see him in action and what do they think? martyman , 02/09/2010 at 18:49
Next years minors Ciaran fitzsimons definitely one for da future Jimmy15 , 02/09/2010 at 18:47
Contenders for Under 21 championship this year? simonstown should be in with a shout,10 of the starting 15 in last years final are still underage and will be be for next year aswell!a lot depends on the draw though! northsideblues , 02/09/2010 at 18:41
Championshiip semi finals !! Moylagh are good, certainly wouldn't say great. There midfield are poor at distributing the ball, forwards put plenty of wides and the backs aren't that fast. Furthermore they haven't come up against a really good team yet. Make no mistake, balivor will be a tough test. It could go either way. mrazteca , 02/09/2010 at 18:12
Contenders for Under 21 championship this year? Ashbourne seem to be the main contenders!!! Hoops4life , 02/09/2010 at 17:51
Championshiip semi finals !! Moylaugh are brilliant and will be challengers for the intermediate next year when they wrap this grade up this yr! Bobas69 , 02/09/2010 at 17:35
Next years minors absolutly ridiculus statement to make......young lads from north meath will be on reading this and you say that, your a joke michaels_lad , 02/09/2010 at 17:11
Next years minors Maybe none of the young lads in North Meath were good enough to get on the panel. Or maybe its discrimination. Or their clubs couldn;t be contacted. Or they all really want to play for Cavan or Louth. Or their mammy wouldn't let them go. Or they were out cutting corn or sillage. Or were not being paid enough. Lots of possibilities.....I'll go with my first guess though! DowdtoFoleyGoal , 02/09/2010 at 16:12
New! Who will win the hurling championships Well he's entitled to his opinion, can't say I agree with him though! Ye, think the other group has been finished a while but the 2nd team I presume trains with the 1st team which is an advantage in itself..which is the point I was making about the last two winners of JHC obviously benefiting from training in a competitive environment. BTW why are tones only coming good in junior hurling now, have they not been junior a while now? InTheLoop , 02/09/2010 at 16:09
Congrats to David Coldrick I have always maintained that he is the best referee I have ever come across and rearly is he noticed in a game, which is the way it should be. I knew he would go all the way to the top. Been watching him now since he started out around 96/97 I think, and he was always very fair.Well done Archie. Alias , 02/09/2010 at 15:29
