Sure the players are not there! We are prob 4th or 5th in Leinster ! Just have to accept were in some kind of transition! Doesn't help when we have comments like "we would be mid table in division 1"! We would be beaten out the gate ! Small steps is needed ! This rubbish about scars and the like is completely stupid ! I have no ides what the plan was today! Midfielders were cleaned out! We all know Rooney would be there but he isn't so we have to come up with alternative's! I honestly struggle to see us staying up! I know its the first game but were that poor! The Louth game was a joke! I do think the right man is at the helm but hes no magician! And certain people need to accept that ! If that was mod he would have been crucified! I was never as deflated after 10 mins at a Meath game,

Is it lack of guts or simply not nearly good enough. A lot of the players today looked very poor. Have to come up with some ideas around midfield if we are to have any hope of staying up.

The excuse attitude will need to be removed asap. Years of been badly been mismanged hasn't helped, can't get that out too quickly , ID expect a different attitude from some of our lads, every back today was a liability, if they not going to put in effort regardless of who they think they are they must be dropped, would rather a average player who puts in a effort. Andy will turn it around and I'll be thrown few yo yo on them to be promoted. Hon the royal. James Conlon is an outreagous talent but I think he is too small for county senior. 2 years away probably. I would have Thomas O'Reilly in there

I admire your optimism but the players are not there and it's clear as day. Can not pick one fixture and say we will win that game. I think if we can keep producing decent minor teams like last years then we will have a team capable of competing in about 4 years onwards. That's the time scale it's going to take Andy to have any success in my opinion, which I hope is wrong. But I feel it's going to get a lot worse until then.

This will be a very important game. Us derry and down will be in a relagation battle 3 very poor teams. We made kildare look as good as the dubs today.
