Gentleman is the one word that will be consistently used by everyone lucky to have known Ray, a kind and caring teacher and a great clubman and GAA stalwart, just a lovely lovely man, RIP Ray

Ray was a soft-spoken person and a true gent indeed. Even 30 years after leaving St. Pats he would still greet you in passing on the street or going through a turnstile. RIP.
