Does anyone know when/where you can buy these season tickets which give you access to all club matches in the county ? also what was price for the year gone by

You have to buy it as part of the Meath (county) season ticket package which is €95 (€85 for renewals/early birds) and then purchase the club add-on for an additional €90 (think it was €75 last year). link
