From report of Rathkenny's relegation match with Oldcastle I see that Donal Curtis has announced his retirement. What a wonderful servant to both County and Club and to continue playing at the highest level for so long is a truly remarkable feat. Enjoy the retirement... Very under rated is an understatement, a phenomenal player for a team that was in a semi final in 2010 and has consistantly punched above it's weight at Senior level. In North Meath it's the Tones who get the limelight but we are very proud of our club and Donal cowardlyasafox (Meath) - Posts: 209 - 16/09/2014 08:08:33 1652471 Link 0 |
always the unsung hero! played the roaming corner forward role perfectly which accommodated GG and Ollie back in the glory days. Fine hurler too! dubsout (Meath) - Posts: 220 - 16/09/2014 09:35:42 1652499 Link 0 |
