Cillian Finn
Graham Reilly
Shane O'Rourke
Alan Nestor

That was a very strong panel indeed hope they do just as well this year and even better, best of luck to them

yeah so much for all his articles regarding burnout of young players

nice to see he's adhering to Croke Park rules regarding collective training of intercounty teams in November/December

That batch of minors from were very talented and hopefully the core of them will have progressed to a good u-21 team.

Lads, I honestly dont know whether they will live upto their Leinster champions status again this year, if I recall they were extremely lucky in more than a few of their games in 2006, not to mention five maybe six of the panel were on a St.Pats All Ireland final squad. Since then we've only seen ShaNe O Rourke and Alan Nestor. That doesn't say enough for me. Fair enough the likes of Eoin Reilly and Brian Sheridan have been border line panelists and each have county championships in Intermediate and Senior under their belts but I cant honestly see a great amount of talent here out from these four. Wouldn't get your hopes up for 2009.

Another player who I would definitly deserve a place is Kieran Lynch from St. Ultans. Also David Morgan who is an obvious addition. Is Brian Clarke from Seneschalsown under 21? If so he needs a call up!

Donaghmore Ashbourne have a lot of players on this meath under 21 like david morgan eoin reilly john broderick ciaran ellis and andrew tormey!!which shows a lot about a club on the way up i can see a keegan cup win out of these lads!! but there is also players that did not make it that should of like SEAN CURRAN who i thought would of been a regular starter and iarlaith o donnell and eric callaghan!!thats all from don/ash i can think i would like to hear of other players from other clubs that did nt make it

is sean curran not there or there abouts? or is he minor again? wasn't moved off kyle coney in last years match which says they obviously felt he was the best man out there in defense.

No Sean Curran is not minor this year last year was his last!!but he did not make the meath under 21 team which i think is the biggest surprise as he was Meaths best back last year during the minor championship!!

royal son theres no point in naming half the donaghmore team and sayin there gud enough. sean curren is a gud full back but is def not gud enough for u21.

I haven't seen much of Curran at club level but I heard from an Ashbourne man that he marked Zach Tuohy out of the Leinster semi-final last year. Maybe he is a year to young to come in at U-21 but he could be there in the future.

Sean Curran is good but he is just out of minor, I wouldnt be sure if he'd be quite able for the U21 team now, but definitly for thr future. Donaghmore have alot of talent coming through from the teams that have won the county and 2008 Leinster championships for the last 3 years. Dave Morgan would be an obvious one for me. Sean Curran, Bryan Menton and Andrew Tormey in the next couple of years.
