Replying To royaldunne:  "The one who stood out for me that I could never fathom been dropped was juicy O'Connor. Even after been dropped he was one of best backs in Meath clubs, also a star of the juniors. I just don't understand why mod never even gave him one game. He was first to be dropped. And he actually delivered in a Meath shirt many times. He never had a mare of a game."
You are correct ! Wow we agree

How is talking about lads that shouldn't have been dropped in 2013 going to help us? Say all them players were kept on in 13 and we won the all ireland, hoq would that help the situation we are in now?

It was a great save and an important one too. Is that allowed though?

This is so true. Meath football is desperately unlucky to lose O'Rourke he's a fantastic player once in a generation talent. Kevin Reilly was a great fullback and if he had been injury free he would have been considered right up there with Lyons and Fay.

MOD was very unlucky with injuries. Andy seems to have the rub of the green so far, let's hope that continues.

your talking out of two sides of your mouth there so Joe is a great goal keeper now but it's rubbish talking about one of our best forwards been dropped by mod in 2013.

It was a disappointing result last week in Tullamore but Meath a are about year behind Kildare in there development and we just give time to close the gap come up to speed and we just need to get behind Andy and lads and they will get there will more ups and downs along the way buy we get back to where we belong in time. I think we have a great chance of winning next week and maybe get a good run in the qualifiers and go from there. The team I would like to see playing next against Sligo would be

1.P.O'Rourke
2.D.Keogan
3.C.McGill
4.D.McQuillian
5.D.Tobin
6.P.Harnan
7.B.Conlon
8.B.Menton
9.R.Jones
10.J.Entee
11.R.O'Coileon
12.C.O'Sulivan
13.B.McMahon
14.S.Tobin
15.D.Lenhian

First off you dropping the capt and man who scored 14 points in previous two games prior to Kildare game, what did McMahon do so superior to Reilly last day? Why drop burke probably best player over last two games. And what has Tobin ever done to be included in starting? Not having a pop just want to know. Also if as so many think biggie only plays well v lesser teams is Sligo not ideal for him?

you seem to think it was all right for him to drop half our team when he came in

Exactly RD dropping Reilly is totally nonsense. If all the players who didn't preform against Kildare were dropped we'd only have 4 or 5 players (and ironically Burke would be a definite starter). Sligo are a poor outfit, possibly worse than Louth, it should be an easy confidence boosting win.

Well McMahon is was starved of ball last week and when did arrive it was poor so you have give the inside forwards a chance. The Tobin starting thing to give strength and a target man for the two other inside forwards. Burke is just up to pace of the game we'll be found wanting as the Sligo forwards are good. As for Biggie he is just hugely disappointing when was needed the other night he disappeared.

Where's your evidence for that. When have I said that he was right to drop "half the team " ! In fact I have not mentioned odowd at all ! You brought his name into it ! And answer me properly this time !
