it speaks volumes for Banty when hes admitted his last few battles at inter county level have been relegation battles!!..we should be speaking about promotion, but this is the second year in a row that we fight relegation, and whilst im very confident of maintaining our status, serious questions need asking, and not just by the media, but the county board and the club delegates.. they going to wait till we are relegated?
And our record at minor/ u21 level is dismal..i work with amny former inter county players from other counties, and they cant believe the debacle that has occured, especially with Boylan, one ex OFFALY player told me his native county would give anything to get Boylan on board.. all this reflects badly, and what is a total shambles!

Joej. That sentence could come back to haunt you by 5 this evening.

And lads I am a great admirer of sean boylan in my view the greatest manager of all time. But banty was not the cause of his departure.

And I again I reiterate if there is one person out there who wants us to loose today just so we can get rid of banty that is despicable.

This conversation can happen at end of season when barring leinster or all ire success we will have a change of manager.

Until then let's all get behind the team and players and know that we ALL want them to WIN today.

Giving the day that is in it and all, lets hope Meath resurrect themselves like Jesus did because a miracle is needed. I cant see a meath win coming out of this today unless Meath pull it out of the fire and go for the juggler for 70 mins

Meath can't get relegated unless Monaghan seriously up their game against Tyrone, though if Louth win this i'd think it's curtains for Banty.

Id give him to the end of the day...il say it once, you cant compare a meath man who knows whats going on in the club scene in meath and knows where the good players are to bringing a man half way across the country to a county he knows feck all about after 2 years in charge.
