So your saying its everyone's fault this year but we lost to Westmeath because of mick odowd ! Strange !! Now your are right that everyone is to blame but that's always the case ! You can't just pick and choose when that's the case grahamc9897 (Meath) - Posts: 1174 - 25/06/2017 20:25:47 2005017 Link 9 |

Westmeath are a div 4 team playing teams like London and Waterford is hardly ideal preparation before you play the all Ireland champions

You are correct in what your saying and I do agree ! But at the same tine No one in Leinster can beat the dubs ! So doesnt matter who there playing to prepare. I thinks the question is who can get a few wins under the belts in the qualifiers! That will determine alot.

What's the story with Joey Wallace ? Was he on the bench V Kildare ? Surely we could do a lot worst than giving Joey a run ? bobkarlgees (Meath) - Posts: 1263 - 26/06/2017 09:27:29 2005398 Link 0 |

Not lot that I know of, but they always booked out. Trim would be best bet, and some decent hotels there too.

I think its time to move on from Kildare game and talk of Westmeath, the fact is if we had beat Kildare we would like they will get a hiding from probably best team ever (sticks in my throat to say that that ) royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 26/06/2017 19:27:40 2005974 Link 2 |
Fair point ! Agreed

100% correct. The team and mgm are not even there a year and next year is really when we should see everything being ironed out. However i would expect a huge backlash on Saturday and in particular playing at home. All will be forgotten about after that if we give a good structured performance and tighten up at the back.

We don't seem to b giving Sligo any respect that is dangerous considering what we have seen from our team last week.my point is there looking at same thing so unless the old management isn't being as disrespectful we are in for long evening. Here's hoping for go set up and more hunger from Meath. Reco (Meath) - Posts: 419 - 27/06/2017 10:42:05 2006190 Link 1 |
Hammered roscommon in a challenge at the weekend I heard. Mchale afterwards was very puzzled as to why we were so bad against kildare after what he seen in the 70 mins. Heard that from someone in backroom team southmeathgael (Meath) - Posts: 885 - 27/06/2017 13:14:53 2006270 Link 11 |

I have never been as glad to move on from something in my life, I wish to erase that sunny Saturday in Tullamore from my memory
