To be honest, I don't really have anything to say about the team.

I just think that its daft that everyone has to discuss the team on the U-21 thread, because the minor thread was shut down for reasons unknown. So maybe we can start a new thread, and everyone has to promise to be on their best behaviour!!

Can anybody confirm if the Leinster league final between Meath/Cork was played in Pairc Tailtean yesterday? What was the score?

It wasn't. They played Fermanagh in a challenge match and beat them. Think it was close though. Don't know when they'll play Cork

Nobody knows. Argument between Coyle and county board. Might never be played, championship is on the 22nd

It will probably never be played at this stage. Think they had a challenge over the weekend didn't hear any result though.

Dubs on Saturday in Parnell Park. To be honest I have no idea how it's going to go because I don't know what Dublin are like but I have to say I was more confident a few weeks ago for some reason

Yeah back door if you lose in round 1. You could actually end up getting an easier run if you lose. Laois done it last year

Fair play for starting it. Unreal that original was taken down.
Anyways the team themselves are in good shape going into this, so lets hope both them and seniors make it to Leinster final.

Still nice to beat dubs and shut them up for a bit

Agreed. They knew dates prior. Meath should be awarded league Imo. Nit that it matters as lmfc is far more important.

God it be great to beat two years in a row

Agree. Create a culture of beating them. It's the only way things will change. Perfect example was Tipp beating Cork at underage and then beating them at senior last year
