Congrats Donaghmore/Ashbourne on retaining the title!
Wolfe Tones and Killary Emmets set to play in the 21A final on Sunday in Navan..hard one to call..I'd say it'll be a 1-2 point game with Wolfe Tones making it over the line..possibly after extra time if its played
Dunderry playing Oldcastle in a 21B semi final on Sunday.. Tough to call but I reckon Oldcastle have a strong team and will win in a close game
Drumconrath/Meath Hill are in the final waiting for the winners of that game
Thoughts?

Huge win for them..I was at the game, every tones player seemed to be winning there one on one battles..killary had no answer to the tones attack and found it just as hard to break through for goal themselves.. congrats to Wolfe Tones..hard luck Killary, hate to see scorelines so one sided, very hard on the losing team.
Oldcastle also beat Dunderry..they'll go on to play in the 21B final..presume it will be next week

Congrats to the Tones. Does the very big win tell us that they should have been in Div 1?

Yes Ziggy, Thomas Blaney scored 4-6..some tally! And in my opinion the Tones were fine in 21A..scores from their previous matches show they had a few good battles! I think on another day Killary would have gave them a good game..they just had one of those days I think.
The last final is next Saturday between Drumconrath/Meath hill and Oldcastle..almost scared to call it after the Tones scoreline! I think Drumconrath/Meath Hill will win if they score highly again..They seem to have great fire power up front..Hard to count Oldcastle out though, they have some great players

Congrats Oldcastle winning 21B! They had lots of options up front with Maguire, Scully and Delaney which really got them over the line, Drumconrath/Meath Hill didn't seem to click until the 2nd half and by that time they were always going to be playing catch up. I was impressed with Owens in the middle of the field and Malone who was really the only target for themand kicked some fantastic scores from play. Last football match of the year i believe.

well able to win the ball and can kick frees very well..only 1 point from play I think..did win a lot of frees but I'd still like to see more from him in open play
