You lads not gonna join the madness???

Surely have some good candidates. Last I heard the likes of Geraghty, Murphy & Co were still plying their trade!!!

1. Brendan Murphy

3. Darren Fay
4. Cormac Murphy
5. Paddy Reynolds
6. Anthony Moyles
7. Paul Shankey
8. John McDermott
9. Cormac Sullivan
10. Graham Geraghty
11. Trevor Giles
13. Donal Curtis
14. Ollie Murphy
15. Richie Kealy

That could be a possible 15 based on lads still playing or just recently finished up. John McDermott and Trevor played in a over 40's tournament in Dunboyne in September so could give it a go again!

Would rather see some of those lads line out for Andy McEntee in the league campaign

Ul find the team will be made up of non household names and maybe a few of our hero's thrown in. I know one of the lads who played for the Dublin Masters last year and he never played for Dublin well maybe at minor or u21 level or a few senior challenge games but that's it but is still playing regularly for his club and is in savage nick and that's the case for the majority of the Dublin team u wouldn't know them at all so I'd say it'll be something similar in meath . Lads who are over 40 in good nick and still playing regularly but not necessarily the household names we would all know.

Theres a few lads over the 40 mark that are still flying , most of the lads named arent even playing anymore I dont think. David Gallagher would be ideal for this , I think hes in around the 40 mark . . It would be interesting to see what kind of team lines out . Donal Curtis would def be well able . . Moyles too , A few other lads with the likes of John Kirwan of Ratoath would slot in no problem

Geraghty has to be included so to Murphy. Both playing regularly and very good shape.

I had a gander at the Gaelic Masters Association facebook page and it doesn't look like Meath ever fielded. Donegal beat Dublin in the final in September.
