Well that's first I heard of that. So nothing to do with Andy? As I expected. Many on here will be disappointed with that.
Good luck to them must have been very hard decision, but as young men they have to take these opportunities. Safe travels lads. And I look forward to seeing them next year playing for Andy and Meath.

Tobin and Podge are 27. If these lads had planned on going to America they would not have put in all the effort and training through the Winter.
I think it does have a lot to do with the set up and manager

Youre dead right and its easy for the likes of me to moan bout what a loss they are but fair paly to them going travelling & they are young enough to hopefully have an opportunity again to put the jersey on.

This is peak Comical Ali on these pages.

So there is nothing fishy about these lads leaving the panel just before championship. Opportunity of a lifetime? some of these lads are 27 years of age, not 20!

And if you are not comical Ali in your denial, then you bizarrely wishing them well yet slating Paddy O Rourke, you think it's ok for a Meath footballer to take the place of other panel members like Dardis, Mattimoe, Rowe and others for a whole league campaign in which the team shockingly under performed , have the counties meager resources pumped into you with Physio , strength and conditioning, nutrition and travel bills etc and then piss off for a bit of travel a few weeks before championship when the county needs you and we have no forwards since you took their place in the league???And you'd welcome them back next year ???

Take out the micky mouse preseason cup and its 3-1-5. Some people still think manager should get another few years

We are one marquee forward short of division 1.

I am watching Dublin destroy Longford and guess why? Dublin are pushing up on the Longford kick outs and Longford cannot get a sniff.

How we let Longford get away with that tactic is shocking.
