B FL Div 4: Curraha keep promotion hopes alive

Curraha travelled down to Moynalty yesterday knowing a win would keep up their hopes of securing promotion in Division 4BFL alive.
Played in perfect conditions Curraha had to dig deep to fight off a determined Moynalty side who missed a late penalty which could of seen the sides share the points.
The first half was a tight close game with David Coyles goal being the difference as it had his side leading by 1-04 to 0-06 at the break.
The second half was a much more open game with some great scores from both sides. Sean Keogh was keeping the score board ticking over for the away side with some well taken points from play and placed balls. Goals from Evan McGovern and the energetic Andrew Battersby had Curraha in the driving seat but Moynalty dug deep and could of snatched a late draw only for that missed penalty.
