Navan O'Mahonys 2-15 Blackhall Gaels 0-4

Navan O'Mahonys  recorded another victory in the B football league Division 2 at Paddy O'Brien Wednesday.

Despite Fielding quite a young side with the average age of the defence 19 they showed a lot of maturity.

The 'Hoops' led at the break 0-6 to 0-1 but an increase in tempo in the second half that yielded 2-8 gave O'Mahonys a convincing victory. Half back Patrick Leahy and corner forward Robbie Keelaghan got the winners goals while Aidan Mallon showed why he's being tipped as a star for the future with 4 points from play.
