Meath seniors will be hoping to get back on track against Offaly

Busy weekend for ladies football

Meath Under 14's 16's and seniors ladies football teams will see action this weekend.

Meath Under 14's will be hoping to make it back to back wins. Aided by a hat trick of gaols from Anna Wogan they resisted a strong Laois second half figh back to hold on for a 6-7 to 2-2 first round win at Killeshin, Co Laois.

Like last Sunday Meath seniors need to get maximum points against Offaly this Sunday if they are to have any hope of making the semi finals. Dunshaughlin is the setting for their round 6 NFL Division 3 clash with Offaly. The Faithful girls are a point behind Meath on the table standings.

The talented Under 16 squad will be hoping to get back on track against Longford having lost their opening round to a very strong Dublin team 3-17 to 1-11 at Parnells GAA Club, Coolock.
