Killyon proved too strong for Boyerstown in the Allianz Meath Cumann Na mBunscol Division 3 camogie final in the fourth final of the day at Lomans Park Trim.

The winners set up victory in the opening half and led Boyerstown 2-5 to 0-0 after the end of the 15 minutes. Aoife Mckeon got the scoreboard working with a brace of points. Midfielder Katie Mulchrone quickly added two goals and Killyon were well in control. McKeon doubled her tally and Keesha Ging closed out the opening half scoring with a fine point.
Scoring was at a premium in the second half. Boyerstown faired much better and limited Killyon to a soldiery point from Aoife McKeon. Emily O'Regan finally got Boyerstown on the scoreboard with a goal but it was too little too late as Killyon went on to record their first ever Division 3 title.
