Hurling Championship Round up

August 27, 2016

Na Fianna withstood a second half fightback from Kiltale to claim the IHC points in Lomans Park.

Last years finalists Trim are in trouble in Group A while Killyon join Kilmessan at the top. As expected Dunboyne had it easy against Clann Na nGael. Tempers flared in Trim as Kilskyre/Moylagh eased to the top of Group A in the Intermediate Hurling Championship.

In football there was silverware for Bective while Carnaross went goal crash in Drumconrath.
