Match Roundup

The u16 hurling championship finals were played on Sunday morning in Dunganny to allow all supporters make the trip to Newbridge to support the Meath senior hurlers in their Christy Ring semifinal victory over Kildare.

Na Fianna claimed the u16 Division 1 hurling championship and the Peadar Lehann cup after being pushed all the way by a strong Ratoath outfit. The Na Fianna side included a number of players who featured on their Minor team who won the league final a week earlier - well done to all players and coaches involved on a great double. 

St Peters Dunboyne finished strongly in the u16 Division 2 final and 2 late goals help them overcome a gallant Drumree/Kilmessan combination and take home the Mattie O'Brien cup.

Scoring 7 goals each, Kildalkey & Dunderry took home the Div 1 & 2 shields after beating Naomh Moninne(Lu) and Kiltale in their finals.
